• A flat consult fee of $35 per encounter, compared with the cost of primary care physician, urgent care and emergency room visits that can range between $80 and $800
• Ability for patients to talk with a doctor in most cases within 30-40 minutes (average)
• Guarantee of patient speaking with a doctor within 3 hours, or the consult is free

TelaDoc Care provides access to a national² network of primary care physicians, all state-licensed and board-certified, that specialize in telephone medical consults. Each physician has access to the member’s electronic health record prior to and during the consult.
