• Is the target pool of potential health coaching participants unlimited?
• Are outreach efforts and educational tools directed at employees and spouses NOT eligible for personal health coaching?
• Are spouses eligible and targeted for all educational tools and health coaching services immediately?
• Do health coaches have varied professional training & designations (R.N., R.Ph., exercise physiologist, registered nutritionist, etc.)?
• Are coaches trained on influencing motivation for behavioral modification model for 400+ hours by clinical psychologists?
• Do coaches routinely work with multiple diagnoses with any one participant?
• Is the duration of the coaching program or time spent in any single coaching session unlimited for all participants?
• Does the health management program incorporate multiple modes of communication (internet, telephonic, mail, etc.)?
• Are educational tools available to teach cost and value of medical and pharmacy treatments and services?
• Can medical and Rx claims data be combined into one consolidated data base enabling personal electronic medical records?
