Biography

Mark joined RxBenefits in July 2021 as the company’s first Chief Technical Officer, a role that was created to support the company’s rapidly accelerating growth. In this role, he is responsible for the integration and expansion of the Optimize MyPlan platform, as well as sourcing strategic partnerships and opportunities to increase RxBenefits’ technological product offerings.

Mark has more than 40 years of business and technology expertise with more than 35 years in health care, traversing both health care delivery systems and health insurers. Prior to joining RxBenefits, Mark served as Executive Vice President Business Platforms and Solutions & CIO at Capital BlueCross, and was the CEO of Geneia, a healthcare services and innovation company, which is a subsidiary of CBC.

Three things people don't know about me

A Maine native, Mark's community involvement includes working to support the Maine Children's Cancer Program, veteran’s groups, and homeless shelters.

Mark’s hobbies outside of work include playing golf, reading, and boating.
