RxBenefits has been named a finalist in the 2020 Best Places to Work competition sponsored by the Birmingham Business Journal. Being named a finalist means RxBenefits is one of the top workplaces in the Extra-Large Company category (250+ employees). RxBenefits placed third in the Large Company category in 2019.
Companies are ranked based on the results of anonymous surveys administered to employees. A third-party firm, Quantum Workplace, manages the survey process. Final rankings will be announced at an event on Thursday, May 7, and published in the Friday, May 8 edition of the Birmingham Business Journal.
