John Maldonado is a member of the RxBenefits Board of Directors. John joined Advent in 2006 focusing on buyouts in the healthcare, financial, and business services sectors. His previous private equity experience includes positions at both Bain Capital and Parthenon Capital. He began his career as a Consultant with The Parthenon Group, a leading strategy consulting firm.
During his career, John has worked on 24 investments, 19 during his time at Advent, including AccentCare, Bharat Serums and Vaccines, Cotiviti, Definitive Healthcare, Genoa Healthcare, RA Chem Pharma Limited, and RxBenefits.
John earned a BA, summa cum laude, from Dartmouth College and an MBA, with high distinction, as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School.
