Kori Orsinger joined RxBenefits in 2020 as Vice President of Operations. In this role, she leads a team of more than 200 people in delivering operational success for internal and external partners. She is responsible for various aspects of customer care, pharmacy benefit manager relations, client relations, implementation, benefit changes, quality and data integration, and facility management. Before joining RxBenefits, Kori worked at Businessolver, a benefits administration software company, where she was responsible for operational success in several pertinent areas of the business. During her tenure, the company grew by 557%, adding new and expanding existing locations across the country under her leadership and increasing headcount to more than 1,000 employees.
