RxBenefits Welcomes Summer Interns

Four years ago, RxBenefits established its summer intern program, welcoming ambitious students and recent graduates to join various teams across the company to expand their skills and knowledge outside of the classroom. Since 2017, RxBenefits has welcomed 33 interns to the team, many of whom have taken full-time positions.

“The purpose of our internship program is to build a pipeline of talent while we provide students with a meaningful experience in a professional business environment. It truly is a win-win for everyone,” says Mark Johnson, Senior Director of Human Resources. “As we continue to grow, we understand how vital this is to our success, and I’m very excited about expanding the program in the future.”
